Sollicitatie procedure bij CHDR

 Wanneer u solliciteert op een vacature:

1. Ontvangstbevestiging van sollicitatiebrief binnen twee werkdagen;
2. eerste selectie wordt gemaakt twee weken na het verschijnen van de vacature advertentie;
3. geselecteerde kandidaten worden in de 3e en 4e week na vesrchijnen van de advertentie uitgenodigd voor een sollicitatiegesprek;
4. hierna kan een tweede selectieronde plaats vinden voor een sollicitatiegesprek;
5. binnen een week na het laatste sollicitatiegesprek wordt een definitieve keuze uit de kandidaten gemaakt;
6. een arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek volgt;
7. sollicitatie reiskosten worden door CHDR vergoed.

Wanneer u open solliciteert:

1. Ontvangstbevestiging van sollicitatiebrief binnen twee werkdagen;
2. als er een mogelijke vacature bij CHDR komt, volgt er binnen een week een oriënterend gesprek;
3. wanneer CHDR en de solicitant beiden geïnteresseerd zijn, volgt een 2e gespreksronde;
4. bij algehele overeenstemming volgt binnen een week een arbeidsvoorwaardegesprek;
5. sollicitatie reiskosten worden door CHDR vergoed.

Job application procedure at CHDR

 If there is a posted job vacancy:

1. Confirmation of receipt of your application letter within two working days;
2. first selection of applicants is made two weeks after publication of the advertisement;
3. selected applicants will be invited for a first interview within the 3rd and 4th week after publication of the advertisement;
4. after the first round of interviews, there may be is a second selection round of interviews;
5. the selection of the candidate will be made within a week after the last interview;
6. a final appointment will be made to finalize contract matters;
7. all travel costs made by applicants will be refunded.

If your application is for an unsolicited position:

1. Confirmation of receipt of your application letter within two working days;
2. if there is a possibility of working at CHDR, the applicant will be invited for an exploratory interview within a week after the application;
3. when CHDR and the applicant are interested, the applicant will be invited for a 2nd round of interviews within a week;
4. a final appointment will be made to finalize contract matters;
5. all travel costs made by the applicant will be refunded.
